Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations by You

You may cancel your booking by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time to receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations by Us

Flamen Transfer reserves the right to cancel your booking in case of unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather conditions or vehicle breakdowns. In such cases, we will offer you a full refund or an alternative transfer option.
Use of Service

You must be at the designated pickup location at the agreed time. Delays may result in additional charges or cancellation of the transfer without a refund.

Our drivers reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger who is intoxicated, abusive, or poses a threat to the driver or other passengers.
Limitation of Liability

Flamen Transfer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
